Ralco Nutrition, Inc.’s beef program is designed with several options for progressive cattlemen to achieve alternative marketing objectives. A basic product line of free-choice fed minerals, feedlot premix balancers and supplements is available. However, a unique line of micro-ingredient formulations and specialty products have been developed to give cattlemen technologically innovative solutions for maximizing animal performance and optimizing health status. Nutritional products and programs embrace the foundations of commercial cattle production. However, specific products have been developed for those marketing cattle for either Natural or Organic labels. Ralco is dedicated to providing products/programs that make a positive return on investment and providing unique, natural product alternatives which are increasingly demanded by an ever growing health conscious society.

Ralco currently employs three ruminant Ph.D. nutritionists to focus on beef products and service. The staff is diverse in their experiences and strengths. Together, they can provide a host of services, including feed formulation and tagging, traditional producer level ration balancing, consultative services, and expertise in micro-ingredients and specialty products. They are confident they can provide the types of products and services to help your ruminant product area grow and prosper.
Dr. Ron Dvorak - National Manager, Ruminant Technical Sales
Dr. Dvorak holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska. He has over 30 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, technical sales, and research and development. His specialty is in the application of nutraceuticals and specialty ingredients. At Ralco, Dr. Dvorak leads the Ruminant Nutrition Team.
Dr. Jeff Hill - Ruminant Technical Sales
Dr. Hill holds a Ph.D., a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Department of Animal Science at Oklahoma State University. His specialty was receiving cattle and feedlot nutrition. He has industry experience in consulting, ration formulation and product research and development. His specialties at Ralco include providing support to sales and development of products for small ruminants.
Dr. Del Davis - Ruminant Technical Sales
Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Husbandry from Abilene Christian University. He has broad experience with all species from his years as a university professor, an Area Livestock Specialist, and a Ralco Technical Specialist. Recently he has focused on leading Ralco in the development and marketing of products for the organic market.
