Rod Huisman

Mr. Husiman earned a degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University.  He served the Monsanto Company for 21 years while holding a number of senior management positions including Area Directory S.E. Asia and Singapore for 7 years.  He also spent 9 years with Applied Food Biotechnology, (AFB) holding several senior positions including President/CEO.  AFB is a major leader in the companion flavor business worldwide.

Edwin Grim

Edwin Grim is General Manager of Ralco Operations for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. A business development veteran, Edwin comes to Ralco Nutrition from his most recent position as Director of Business Development at NineSigma where he consulted multinational corporations to implement open innovation programs.

Edwin has a BSC in Agriculture, a BBA from Nyenrode Business University and an MBA from Business School Netherlands.

Recently Edwin was General Manager for Europe for AFB International, a leader in pet food palatability technology. While in his position, Edwin took part in building a state-of-the-art production facility, organized product development, and implemented quality control systems including ISO, and HACCP.

LATIN AMERICA

Charles Barrett

Mr. Barrett has extensive experience as a consultant in the cattle and dairy industries with a focus on ruminant nutrition. For decades he has participated in the distribution of animal health and nutrition products to large segments of the livestock industry. As an owner/operator of a beef cattle feed yard and dairy operation, Mr. Barrett understands the challenges livestock producers face and is intent on providing solutions. In addition, Mr. Barrett has also served as a consultant for performance horse owners.

As general manager of Ralco Americano Latina Corporation, Mr. Barrett oversees Ralco sales and distribution networks in Latin America from his office in Ecuador.
